  • Rinse, cover with 2 parts water or stock for each 1 part rice, bring to the boil and then simmer on a low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and leave to stand with a lid on for 5-10 minutes.
  • Fluff the grains apart with a fork.
