Cooking: 

  • Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt, then tip in the pasta.
  • Simmer for about 8-10 minutes, until tender.
  • Drain thoroughly, tip into a bowl then sprinkle a few drops of olive oil over it and toss to coat evenly.
