Corn and rice pasta is naturally gluten free and it is produced without ingredients of animal origin. It's ideal for the diet of celiac and vegetarian people. Corn and rice flour has excellent nutritional properties, it is rich in proteins and poor in sodium.
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil, add a pinch of salt, then tip in the pasta.
- Simmer for about 8-12 minutes, until tender.
- Drain thoroughly, tip into a bowl then sprinkle a few drops of olive oil over it and toss to coat evenly.
